Return and refund conditions
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return period, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
Please contact our customer service within this period to process a return. - The cost of returning products is the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receiving the returned product.
- We charge no restocking fees.
- We only accept new products for returns.
Conditions for a Return
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. We also require the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us promptly if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items are excluded from returns, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (like personalized products or special orders), hygiene products (like cosmetics), and final sale items. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases also cannot be returned. If you are unsure whether your item can be returned, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for discounted items or gift vouchers.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can reorder the desired item separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
