General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the online shop nouveauriche-official.com by customers residing in Switzerland. By placing an order, you accept these GTC in their current version.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. A contract is only concluded when Nouveau Riche Official confirms your order by email or the goods are shipped.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) including statutory value-added tax. Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made within Switzerland to the delivery address provided by the customer. Delivery times are indicated on the product page. If a product is not available, you will be informed and any amounts already paid will be refunded.

5. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Nouveau Riche until full payment has been made.

6. Returns and Cancellation

There is no statutory right of cancellation in Switzerland. However, we voluntarily grant a 30-day return policy from receipt of the goods.
Returns are at your own cost and risk. The goods must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. After inspection, the purchase price will be refunded, minus any shipping costs.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights under Swiss Code of Obligations (CO) apply. In case of defects, please contact us immediately at: support@nouveauriche-official.com We strive for a quick solution (exchange, repair, or refund).

8. Liability

Nouveau Riche Official is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. No liability is assumed for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits).

9. Data Protection

The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act (DPA). Further information can be found in our privacy policy.

10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the company’s registered office, unless mandatory legal provisions dictate otherwise.
